Order placed from the Europe, United Kingdom, and Switzerland do not pay any duties. If your order will be delivered to another country, you might need to pay custom duties. Feel free to contact us via email (contact@sit-swiss.com) if you want to check your status.

To make it short, you will pay the price displayed in the cart and nothing else (if your shipping address is based in Europe, United Kingdom, and Switzerland).

Delivery time for EU countries and Switzerland does not take longer than 5 business days. However, we aim to deliver your order within 3-4 business days.


For any other countries outside the EU, please note that there can be delays for custom duties purposes when leaving our warehouse in Switzerland or Italy, which is not under our control.


We are proud to offer free shipping and return for all EU and Swiss orders. For all other countries, you will be notified on the checkout page if your shipping is free.

A SIT Watch has an international warranty of two years from the date of original purchase. It covers defects in the movement, case, glass or strap from an authorized dealer or from our website. In other words, if the watch parts or mechanics do not work properly, and it is our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse or physical damage inflicted on the watch. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Please note that leather straps are not waterproof. The watch kit and its accessories are not covered by the warranty. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; or you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized dealer in which you bought your SIT Watch.

Once the order is placed and shipment handed over to our preferred shipping provider, you will be notified regarding the tracking number.

We offer a see-before-you-keep policy (Europe, United Kingdom, and Switzerland only). If you decide to return the unworn item within 30 days of delivery, please contact contact@sit-swiss.com to receive a free return label. Your funds will be released after we receive the product back. Please send us a picture of the unworn product that you will return. Upon receipt of the label, please follow the attached directions to return your purchase for a refund. Express shipping is not refundable.

Please note that local customs taxes will apply outside of the EU, UK, and Switzerland. These taxes will be non-refundable. If you chose not to pay for the customs duties/taxes, we cannot issue you a refund (applicable to non-EU countries except Switzerland).

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you back with instructions within 7 business days.


Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

All SIT Watches are Swiss Made, this means that the watch is produced and assembled in Switzerland ensuring the highest quality. Hence, it is produced with the true traditional savoir-faire of Swiss watchmakers.

A SIT Watch is water resistant up to 50 meters, which means it will be protected against splashes of water (like rain or any small amount of water due to hand washing for instance).

However, it should not be worn when taking a shower or swimming, as it would also damage the strap if it is made of leather.

As long as your watch is covered by the international warranty of 2 years, it will be repaired free of charge, in the case of material or craftsmanship defects (customs tariffs may apply outside of the EU and will be non-refundable). Please contact the Customer Service (contact@sit-swiss.com) and explain the issue, indicating your full name and order number. Our team will evaluate your request and contact you with all necessary information.

Alternatively, you may repair the product with a professional watchmaker or watch shop, however, we will not be responsible for the costs incurred to repair to good and warranty will not cover the replaced parts of the watch.
